Mr. Fu Xiaowei is a founder of YY Group since December 2010 and has more than 12 years of experience in casual labor manpower management and business strategic planning. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and an Executive Director of our Company where he manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. He was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Rotary Club of Singapore. Mr. Fu graduated with a Diploma in Industrial & Operations Management in 2009 from Republic Polytechnic.

Ms. Zhang Fan is a co-founder of YY Group since December 2010. She is currently the Business Development Director and an Executive Director of our Company where she is principally involved in the business development and corporate communications functions of the Group. She was previously the Administrative Director of Bank of Communications. Zhang Fan holds a bachelor’s degree of Advertising from the Beijing Geely University.

Mr. Phua Zhi Yong is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company and has worked for our Group since July 2019. He is primarily responsible for the overall accounting and financial management, project management, strategic planning and internal control of our Group. He has over 12 years of experience in project management in the industries of property, oil and gas, information technology (IT), manpower outsourcing, and cleaning. From June 2017 to July 2019, Mr. Phua worked in NCS Pte. Ltd. as Finance Manager and he was primarily responsible for the company’s financial reporting, forecast and budget, strategic planning, and internal control. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore. Mr. Phua graduated with an Honors Degree in Banking and Finance in 2011 from the University of London.

Ms. Xu Lin Pu is the Chief HR Officer of YY Group and has worked for our Group since November 2015. She is principally involved in managing the full spectrum of HR functions for the Group. She has 7 years and 8 years of experience respectively in the hospitality management industry and manpower outsourcing and cleaning industries. Ms. Xu is a member of Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI). She graduated with a Diploma of Hospitality Management in 2008 from Box Hill Institute (Australia).

Mark leads the company’s fundraising, investor relations, and digital and AI transformation initiatives. With a strong track record in scaling technology-driven businesses, Mark previously co-founded Biofourmis, a digital health unicorn backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, SoftBank, and General Atlantic. He brings deep expertise in capital strategy, innovation, and global expansion. At YY Group, Mark is focused on accelerating digital adoption, enhancing AI-driven service efficiency, and building strategic partnerships to solidify the company’s position as a future-ready leader in on-demand staffing and integrated facility management.

Will Yeo Leong Chin is the Chief Operating Officer of YY Group Holding, bringing over 30 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors across Asia, including leadership roles in brands such as Din Tai Fung and KFC. Known for his people-first leadership and operational discipline, he plays a key role in expanding YY Circle’s presence in the competitive staffing industry, particularly within hospitality and food services. His strategic vision and deep industry insight drive YY Circle’s continued growth as a leading lifestyle and manpower platform.

With over 15 years of leadership experience across property, retail, and engineering operations, he brings a wealth of expertise from organizations such as Marina Bay Sands and Frasers Property. Known for driving operational excellence and team development, he is committed to fostering a collaborative culture and delivering results through strategic leadership at YY Group Holding.

Bringing years of hands-on experience in the security industry, he has a strong understanding of the operational and security challenges faced by businesses in Singapore. He takes a practical and grounded approach to security, focusing on reliability, accountability, and deploying the right people for the right roles rather than relying on overly complex solutions. Working closely with both clients and operations teams, he is committed to delivering responsive, dependable, and high-quality security services built on professionalism, trust, and operational effectiveness.

Ivan Teo is the Director and Co-Founder of MediaPlus Digital, a Singapore-based digital agency with over 12 years of expertise in web development and digital marketing. Under Ivan’s leadership, the company delivers comprehensive solutions including web design, development, SEM, SEO, and paid advertising solutions. MediaPlus Digital operates with strategic bi-national presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China, featuring specialized teams in sales, client servicing, creative design, content creation, web development, and project management. Ivan's vision has positioned the agency as a trusted digital transformation partner for clients across diverse industries.

Nicole is a seasoned Technical Director with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and innovation. She has extensive experience in multinational companies and international settings, gaining deep exposure to global standards and multicultural teams. Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, including new-concept electronic devices, advanced automotive software, large-scale digital platforms, complex engineering programs, and AI-driven application development. Passionate about driving innovation, she actively explores emerging technologies to build future-ready products that create real-world impact.

Terry OH, IT Director at YY Group Holding, oversees product development and IT operations across multiple regions and entities. With over 15 years of experience and a Master’s in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore, he leads strategic technology initiatives that drive efficiency and business growth. Terry has managed multi-million dollar portfolios, delivering enterprise-scale solutions for top financial institutions and public sector clients. His expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI supports YY Group Holding’s scalability and long-term value creation.

Ken Teng is the Co-Founder and Director of YY Circle and Hong Ye Maintenance Malaysia. With a background in IT and business consulting, Ken brings over a decade of experience spanning the F&B, healthcare, industrial, and workforce technology sectors. He previously led IT operations at Din Tai Fung Restaurant Group and served as a business consultant for Heng Hup Holdings and Sungai Long Specialist Hospital. Armed with an MBA from SEGi University and a degree in IT management from Olympia College, Ken is now focused on transforming workforce management and building a global work marketplace through digital innovation.

With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, having held General Manager roles in both HKEx and NYSE-listed companies. He has successfully led teams of over 5,000 people and played a key role as Chief Operating Officer at a startup that secured Series B+ funding at a valuation of RMB 1 billion. Anthony has deep expertise in online platforms, real estate markets, and a broad range of business models including O2O, B2B, and B2C.

With over 15 years of experience in Thailand's real estate industry, spanning finance, research, and executive leadership, Jirapat Haetanurak is committed to driving YY Circle Thailand towards the Group’s corporate goals. By leveraging strategic partnerships and applying effective growth strategies, Jirapat aims to contribute to the company’s long-term, sustainable success of the company.

Alper Zan is a seasoned hospitality leader with 25 years of experience spanning luxury hotels, premium restaurants, and dynamic F&B concepts. As Co-Founder & Country Director of YY Circle UK, Alper brings strategic vision and operational excellence to the forefront of casual workforce solutions. He has led high-performing teams of 200+, delivered multimillion-pound revenues, and earned accolades such as UK Restaurant Manager of the Year. Renowned for his coaching leadership style and passion for guest service, Alper continues to shape the industry through innovation, mentorship, and board-level advisory roles.

Dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources leader with 17 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in streamlining operations and enhancing HR performance across large, branded hotels and resorts. Demonstrated expertise in pre-opening projects throughout Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE. Kostian Skourtis is a dynamic hospitality strategist and Country Director at YY Circle Netherlands, driving transformative workforce solutions across 
the Dutch market. A seasoned professional, he brings over a decade of leadership across luxury brands including Soho House, The Hoxton, Accor, 
Hyatt, and Hilton. Renowned for his expertise in pre-opening execution, talent development, and business model innovation, Kostian merges 
service excellence with strategic workforce transformation. He holds a BSc in International Business & Finance from New York University, a 
postgraduate in Hospitality Management from Cornell, and Business Model Innovation from TU Delft, Netherlands.

Sam brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry across Germany and the UK. Prior to founding YY Circle, he held senior operational roles with Beisser GmbH & Co KG, Hotel Atlantic Kempinski, Hilton Hotels, and De Vere Group. Sam holds a BSc in International Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Sunderland and is fluent in both English and German. He is dedicated to driving innovation in workforce solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing scalable systems to support sustainable growth for clients and partners.

Kaylene Tok is the Country Director at YY Circle Korea, with over 4 years of professional experience. She plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s mission to innovate the recruitment industry. Passionate about growth and continuous improvement, Kaylene thrives on learning through new challenges that foster both personal and professional development. Known for her adaptability, strong leadership, and people-first approach, she is eager to expand her capabilities, elevate performance, and contribute meaningfully to any team or organization.

Yip is the Director of YY Circle Perth, leading the charge in redefining workforce agility for the hospitality and service 
sectors. With over 15 years of experience across technology, business transformation, and human capital, he is a proven strategist and 
innovation leader.

connects venues with top-tier, on-demand hospitality talent through a seamless, smart-attendance workforce management system. His

Prior to YY Circle, Yip held senior executive roles across tech and SaaS ventures, including at AFS Technologies, where he led the 
rollout of IoT-powered, data-driven mobility solutions for global FMCG and retail brands. His experience spans workforce tech, 
operational systems, and commercial optimisation across Asia-Pacific and Australia.
